Paolo Zanotti
PAOLO ZANOTTI was educated in Italy, where he received his Master degree in Banking Economics, from the University of Udine.
Prior to joining Funaro & Co., Mr. Zanotti was a Senior Manager of Assurance and Advisory Business Services at a Big Four accounting firm in Italy, where he worked from 1995 to 2008.
With over 15 years of experience in public accounting, Mr. Zanotti focuses on accounting and auditing matters, consulting and due diligence. Paolo Zanotti is an expert in International Financial Reporting Standards, including first-time adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards by Italian and US companies, and he advises clients in industries as diverse as fashion apparel, wholesale distribution, retail, freight forwarding, food products, chemicals, manufacturing, internet and software.
Mr. Zanotti lectured on various aspects of preparation of the consolidated financial statements according to International Accounting Standard IAS/IFRS for seminars sponsored by employer's associations in Italy and Italian universities.
Mr. Zanotti is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in New York and California.
