Patricia Casdorph
PATRICIA CASDORPH is a highly accomplished tax professional with over 24 years of expertise in U.S. Federal and State income tax compliance, tax advisory and tax technology innovation. During her career she has worked in both public accounting and in private industry for a Fortune 200 company, and has an extensive knowledge of multi-tiered entities, consolidated corporations, and partnerships.
Ms. Casdorph provides a broad range of services to her clients and collaborates closely with other leaders to deliver client solutions in income tax compliance and business advisory. Her expertise spans U.S. Federal and State tax laws and regulations, US GAAP tax provisions, tax due diligence, mergers, acquisitions and other entity restructurings, US Federal and State audit support, strategic planning, tax method changes and credit calculations which have resulted in substantial savings for her clients.
Ms. Casdorph’s clients operate in a diverse range of industries, including luxury goods, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, distribution, real estate, food & beverage, and fashion and design. Her clients include multi-tiered entities, including partnerships and corporations, as well as consolidated corporations that operate across all 50 states. Since most of her clients are foreign owned, she often advises on cross-border transactions and withholding tax on foreign payments.
Ms. Casdorph holds a Masters of Taxation with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, summa cum laude from Florida Atlantic University. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
