William H. Green, Director - International Tax
Mr. Green is a tax attorney with over 30 years of U.S. and cross-border tax consulting experience for U.S. and foreign-based multinationals. Prior to joining Funaro, Mr. Green worked with KMG/KPMG in New York and as Director, International Taxes, at Sperry Corp. and CPC International, Inc.
Mr. Green also serves as the Executive Director of the Council for
International Tax Education (CITE), a non-profit educational institution involved in conducting continuing education seminars for lawyers and accountants. Since 1986, Mr. Green has served on the CITE
Board of Advisors, and is currently a Director of the International Tax
Institute, Inc., in New York City.Mr. Green is a Sustaining Member of the New York State Bar Association and a member of the Federal District Court in New York. He graduated with a BA from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and received his JD from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, MA.
Mr. Green is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Committee on US Taxation of Foreign Taxpayers, and the Committee on US Taxation of Foreign Activities of US Taxpayers of the New York State and American Bar Associations.
