Paul Weintraub, CPA, MST, Director - Tax Services
Paul Weintraub specializes in federal and multi-state corporate tax issues (income and sales tax), entity and transaction structuring, tax audit resolution, due diligence reporting, FAS 109 and FIN 48.
Prior to joining Funaro he held executive positions in private industry (financial services and telecom industries) and in public accounting specializing in federal and multi-state tax research & planning, compliance and tax audit resolution for both income and sales tax.
Mr. Weintraub received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College, his Master of Science in Taxation from Seton Hall University and is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
